Bobby Tracy - President/CEO
35 Years of Work Experience

Bobby Tracy started his career in high school and has more than 35 years of experience in project management. Bobby’s core competencies include: project estimation, project planning, client relations, business development, process scheduling, field safety, contract negotiation, operations management, and sales management. Bobby worked for a variety of large construction companies and was involved in hundreds of projects before deciding to go into business for himself.

Jake Wadley – Vice President of Operations
25 Years of Work Experience

Jake Wadley, a union electrician for over 25 years, has more than 500 MW of solar plant construction experience, including everything from grading to final commissioning. Jake has worked on a variety of projects: hospitals, data centers, schools, pharmaceutical plants, multi-story office buildings, and more. Jake was involved in the building of the first utility scale project for an International Airport, as well as the first utility scale project in the state of California.

Jenniffer Tracy - Civil Operations Manager
15 Years of Work Experience

Jenniffer Tracy brings more than 15 years of leadership, management and public service experience to Live Action. As the Civil Operations Manager, Jenniffer manages the support team and provides organizational insight to improve personnel performance and achieve Live Action’s mission and goals. Jenniffer directly supports the President/CEO as well as provides various levels of support to the Field Operations Manager, Superintendents and Foremen.

Richard Wells - General Manager
18 Years of Work Experience

Richard worked as a laborer and operator in the construction field for over 18 years before joining the Live Action team in 2014. Some of his work experience includes: dirt work (subdivisions), road construction, sub-stations, office complexes, apartments, and other commercial jobs. Richard manages several job-sites and is experienced with crews ranging from 275-350 people.

Daniel Gonzalez - Staff Accountant, Payroll
14 Years of Work Experience

Daniel has worked in the accounting field for over a decade and has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management. Daniel has been with Live Action since November of 2015 and has worked in a variety of industries including: construction, agriculture, and manufacturing.
